"To the world you might be one person,
but to one person you might be the world"

Angels for Orphans spreads its wings and offers financial support and assistance to children’s charities in Hong Kong and other parts of South East Asia. Every child needs a Guardian Angel.

Angels for Orphans

Founded in 2006

Angels for Orphans provides funding to improve children’s lives in South East Asia. We believe that every child has a right to love, happiness, education, care, shelter, food, medicine, clothing and hope. Founded by Helen Whitman in 2006 and established as a Hong Kong registered charity in 2009, Angels for Orphans continues to assist with funding for key projects that our partner organisations are trying to sustain and build.

Angels for Orphans is run on an entirely voluntary basis avoiding unnecessary expensive overheads. Angels are proud to be partnered with Bali Kids, New Hope for Cambodian Children, Sunrise Cambodia and Po Leung Kuk. All of whom strive to provide full and healthy futures for the children in their care.

Angels Fitness Challenge 2016 - Update - Making An Impact

Saturday, 19 August 2017

Following on with the success of the fund raising effort we would like to share with you how your dollars have been utilized for Bali Kids. We helped to kick start off an Anti-Smoking campaign for children. Funds paid for the nurses and the production of a child-friendly brochure in Indonesian. The Bali Kids medical and dental team go out 5 or 6 days a week to the villages, orphanages and disabled centers. They discuss health issues and then the children receive a book and the Doctor goes through this with them, answering any questions they may have. We believe that not only did the participants improved their own health through this challenge they went a long way to helping thousands of children understand the evils of smoking and hopefully save young lives. Thanks to everyone involved and we look forward to encouraging others to get fit for a cause.
