Komang Kusala is one of the Directors at Bali Kids and he is coming to Hong Kong to update us on The Songan Village Project, which Angels recently supported with funds from our Melbourne Cup event in 2017. This project will benefit 2,000 school children in an area seriously effected by the recent eruption of Mt Agung.

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, we are thrilled to invite you to our Angels Wine Club’s first tasting evening. In collaboration with our partner Wine Brothers, we look forward to show-casing a fantastic selection of small batch Australian wines that have been carefully chosen and sourced directly from the wine makers themselves. This event will be held at 208 Duecento Otto. Delicious Italian antipasti and rustic small bites will be served alongside the wine tasting.

The Angels Zumbathon® Charity Event is back! Come join us for 4 hours of dance energy and fitness fundraising fun on Saturday, February 3rd at the Hong Kong Football Club.
This annual charity event started back in 2012 with only 70 participants and now in its 6th year, we are expecting close to 500! All the best Zumba® instructors will be there; including ZES George Iu and Zin Jammer Rachel Fok. Join us in making this not only the most renowned Zumba® event in Hong Kong, but also the biggest Zumba® event ever organized in Hong Kong!

Angel ambassador Katie Targett-Adams will honour us again as our event hostess and we are pleased to welcome back singing sensation; Tess Collins, bringing her smoky and soulful jazz voice to a fun and personal evening. We will also be joined by an exciting mixture of Hong Kong based, highly talented musicians: Hanford Shum - A multi-awarded singer, who won the “Runner-up” award as well as the “Best Stage Charisma” award for the famous Toronto New Talent Singing Completion. Miriam Ma, a multi-genre tri-lingual vocalist and band leader of Hippogroove, a R&B and Soul Funk band. Michael Mulder completes our line up and has been called “The New James Taylor” for his voice and “The Guitar Hero of Beijing” for his consummate musicianship as a guitarist.
All the money raised at this event will go to a local charity; the Society for Community Organisation (SoCO) which firmly believes that everyone should be entitled to equal rights. Equal opportunity for participation and fair distribution of social resources is the foundation of human rights. At present, there are about 100,000 households living in sub-standard cage homes, cocklofts and cubicles within the affluent city of Hong Kong. With your help we hope to help improving the lives of Hong Kong people.

The Melbourne Cup is Australia's most prestigious annual Thoroughbred horse race. It is a 3,200 meter race for three-year-olds and over and hosted at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, Victoria as part of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival. Last year saw the inaugural Farmers Market and Angels for Orphans take shape with over 300 people in attendance. This time we have a new venue for this year's lunch; The Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong.
